New To CrossFit?

We offer a FREE consultation to all new potential members. At this consultation a coach will get your athletic and/or fitness background and past or present injuries. We also give a gym tour, explain how classes are ran and review membership options and prices. 

If you have never done CrossFit, you will need to complete our 6 session course called "Foundations". In this course you will learn how to perform and execute the fundamental movements of CrossFit to maximize your performance and minimize injury. We have found this course to be extremely helpful, setting our members up for success in their fitness journey. 

Done CrossFit Before?

If you are a current or previous cross-fitter, you will be able to join our group classes after being evaluated by one of our coaches to ensure proper execution of fundamental CrossFit movements. Click here to have someone contact you regarding a free class to try us out!
